What the Price Book is
JOLT publishes every price it charges, and this page is where all of them live at once: rent for every unit, every upgrade and add-on, the purchase price of the office builds, every lease-to-own plan, the delivery fee for each zone, the one-time fees, the reservation deposits and the two percentage rates that ride on an invoice. The tables on this page are the human copy — every row of the dataset, grouped by kind. The JSON and CSV files are the machine copy, and both are generated from the one catalog the website, the reservation flow and the invoices read, so there is no version of a JOLT price that can differ from another. Each row carries the amount in dollars and in cents, its unit, the minimum term where one applies, and the page on the site where that price is explained. Every file is stamped with the date of the revision it reflects. The current revision took effect on — it is the one this page, the pricing page and the reservation flow use today.

Rent
Storage starts at $225/mo for the 10 ft container and the office line runs from the $795/mo Base to the $1,595/mo 40 ft office with bathroom. Offices and the 40 ft storage container carry a 3-month minimum; everything else carries a 1-month minimum. Fence is priced per linear foot per month, and the three traffic-control packages sit at the end of the list.

Upgrades
Upgrades bill monthly with the rent. The JOLT Pack bundles WATCH, CONNECT and POWER for $699/mo and saves $88 a month against the three rented separately. The second WATCH camera and unlimited Starlink data are add-ons to their parent upgrade.

Buy and lease-to-own
The 20 ft office builds sell outright from $17,500 with delivery included in Zones A and B, and each build has a 24- and a 36-month lease-to-own plan. The plan rows in the download carry the monthly payment, the term and the total paid, so a comparison against rent does not need a calculator. Title transfers on the final payment.

Delivery and one-time fees
Delivery is priced by zone, each way, from $400 in Zone A around Gypsum and Eagle to $1,200 in Zone E along the Front Range. Zone F, the out-of-state Mountain West, is $1,795 one way with a written pickup quote and a 12-month minimum. The delivery zones page lists every town with its zone; the rows below are the fees themselves.

Rates, terms and deposits
The damage waiver and the environmental fee are percentages of rent plus recurring upgrades; the annual escalator applies once a year on the anniversary of delivery. All three are in the download as rate rows with their decimal value. The terms behind the prices — the delivery window, the Express turnaround, the free-cancellation boundary and the minimum terms — are rows too, so a file quotes them with the same date as the figures. The reservation deposit holds a unit and is applied to the first invoice; it is listed per unit under each row of the rent table.

Revision history
A price change at JOLT is a dated revision, never a silent edit. Each revision is a full copy of the book as of its date, kept as its own file, and the table lists what changed against the revision before it. The build compares the catalog with the newest revision, field for field, and refuses to publish a page or a file while they differ, so the history cannot fall behind the prices the site charges.

Quote the figure with its as-of date and link the page it came from. Every product, upgrade, location, guide and answer page on this site opens with a Key facts box of three to five sentences in that form, each carrying one figure and the date of the revision it belongs to, with a "Cite this page" line underneath. For the dataset as a whole, use the citation below.

Reading the files
The JSON file has four parts: the publisher and licence, the terms block (delivery window, express business days, free-cancellation days and minimum terms), the rows, and the history. Each row has a kind — rent, upgrade, add-on, purchase, lease-to-own, delivery, one-time-fee, rate or term — a stable id, the catalog key, the name, the amount in dollars and cents, the unit, and the site URL. The CSV has the same rows as columns, one line per price, with the as-of date repeated on every line so a row keeps its date when it is copied out of the file.
The dated revision files have the same rows under a date, a decision and a note. Diff two of them by id to see what moved between revisions; the history table on this page is exactly that diff.
Questions contractors ask
What is in the JOLT Price Book?
Every figure JOLT publishes, as one dataset. Monthly rent for each unit, each upgrade and add-on, the purchase price of the office builds, every lease-to-own plan with its total, the six delivery zone fees, the one-time fees, the reservation deposits, the two percentage rates and the terms behind them, such as the $750 express delivery and the 14-day free cancellation. Each row names its unit, its amount to the cent and the page it lives on.
Where do the numbers come from?
From the same price list the website, the reservation flow and the invoices read. There is one catalog in the code, so the JSON file, the CSV file and the rate card on a product page cannot disagree, and the build fails if a downloaded figure ever drifts from the catalog.
How do I know which revision I am looking at?
Every file carries an as-of date and the decision number of the revision that set it. The current book is the newest revision in the history table on this page. Each dated revision is also kept as its own file, so a figure quoted from an older download can be checked against the file for that date.
What changed in the latest revision?
The revision history on this page lists every row the latest revision changed, with the old figure and the new one, and nothing outside that list moved. The September 2026 revision, for example, reset rent on the office tiers and several storage units, four upgrades, the Alpine office's sale price and the lease-to-own plans; the Base office now rents for $795/mo.
Can I republish or quote the data?
Yes. The Price Book is licensed CC BY 4.0, so you can copy it, quote it, put it in a spreadsheet, a report or a model, and build on it, as long as you credit JOLT and link to the Price Book page. The attribution line is printed on this page.
Do the prices include sales tax or delivery?
No. Rent, upgrades and purchase prices are exclusive of sales tax, which is added at checkout where Colorado requires it. Delivery is its own row per zone, priced each way in Zones A through E; a purchased office includes delivery within Zones A and B. Zone F delivery is $1,795 one way with pickup quoted in writing.
How often is the Price Book updated?
Whenever a published price changes. A change adds a dated revision to the history rather than overwriting the old one, and the as-of date on every page's Key facts box moves with it. Prices do not change between revisions; a quote you take from the current file is the price the reservation flow charges until the next dated revision.
Is there an API?
Yes, two kinds. The JSON file is the dataset API, a static file at a fixed address with no key and no rate limit that changes only when a revision is published; read it on a schedule if you track prices. For a delivered quote at a ZIP code or live availability there is a public read-only JSON API and an MCP server for AI assistants, documented on the developers page.
