Every delivery leaves from here on our own truck. Zone A–E fees above are each way; Zone F is delivery only, with pickup quoted before we deliver. On-site relocation is $450.
JOLT's 20 ft office container rents from $795/mo for the Base tier, $1,495/mo for Grid-Free (solar, battery, Starlink and cameras built in) and $1,895/mo for Alpine. The 40 ft office with a bathroom is $1,595/mo. Offices have a 3-month minimum. Delivery and pickup are quoted by zone, from $400 each way in Zone A (Gypsum, Eagle, Edwards, Avon, Beaver Creek) to $1,200 each way in the Denver metro; Wyoming, Idaho, Utah and Montana are Zone F at $1,795 delivery with pickup quoted separately and a 12-month minimum.
A 20 ft storage container is $295/mo and a 40 ft is $425/mo. The two tight-site boxes, each with a man door and a window so you can walk in for tools, are $225/mo for the 10 ft and $325/mo for the 12 ft; they fit a driveway, a townhome remodel or an alley lot where a 20 ft will not. 10 ft, 12 ft and 20 ft storage containers have a 1-month minimum; the 40 ft is a 3-month minimum under the rental agreement. Delivery and pickup are added by zone.
Every unit has a standard delivery window of 2–4 weeks from your reservation. Base office containers can add JOLT Express for $750 and be on-site within 7 business days. We deliver on our own truck from our yard on I-70 at Gypsum.
A reservation deposit: $350 for a 10 ft, 12 ft or 20 ft storage container, $750 for any office or 40 ft container, $500 for temporary fence. The deposit is applied to your first invoice. Cancel free of charge, in writing, more than 14 days before the first day of your delivery window.
Two recurring items: protection (a damage waiver at 12% of rent plus recurring upgrades, or a refundable deposit of one month's rent with a certificate of insurance) and a 5% environmental fee on rent plus upgrades. Rent increases 5% on each anniversary. Sales tax is added where it applies. Nothing else is hidden — every price is on this site.
